Cancelling and refunds
How to cancel Sparsity Analyst, and when you get your money back.
Cancel any time
Cancel in Manage billing on your account page, or in your Link account at link.com. Sparsity Analyst stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and it doesn't renew. If you cancel during a free month, you aren't charged at all.
Paid periods aren't refunded
Cancelling stops the next charge, not the one already made, so we don't refund a month you've started, or the days left in it. Deleting your account cancels Sparsity Analyst at once, and the rest of that month isn't refunded either: to keep it until the month ends, cancel first, and delete the account after.
A charge that shouldn't have happened
If you were charged twice, or charged after a cancel that didn't go through, we refund that charge in full. Write to support@sparsitydata.comfrom the email on your account, with the date of the charge. Receipts come by email from Link, and on a card statement the charge starts with LINK.COM* SPARSITY.
Your rights where you live
The law where you live may give you more, and it still applies. Link sells Sparsity Analyst for us, so Link handles those rights, under its own terms of sale (the Sold Through Link Terms, in Stripe's consumer terms). For example, in the EU and the UK you can cancel within 14 days of buying and ask Link's support for a refund, giving the cooling off period as the reason. Where Link's terms give you more than this page, theirs apply.
How refunds are paid
Link pays a refund back to the card or account you paid with, tax included. It usually shows within 5 to 10 business days.
